Dumolid is useful for severe insomnia. This drug is only used for short-term therapy and can only be obtained with a doctor's prescription . This drug should not be used carelessly because it can cause dependence.
Dumolid works by suppressing brain nerve cells in sending signals. This causes brain activity to decrease, thus creating a calming effect that helps insomniacs to sleep.
Please note, Dumolid only helps insomniacs to sleep, but cannot cure the underlying cause of insomnia. Each Dumolid tablet contains 5 mg of nitrazepam. In Indonesia, nitrazepam is included in group 4 psychotropics, so its use must be under the supervision of a doctor.
