How to Consume Enervon C Properly

Before consuming Enervon C, read the usage instructions listed on the product packaging. Enervon C can be consumed while eating or after eating.

Vitamin C cannot cure colds and coughs. However, taking vitamin C regularly is thought to shorten the recovery time for mild colds. Check with your doctor if you experience complaints of fever, cough and heavy tightness.

It is important to remember that nutrients in the form of vitamins or minerals from supplements cannot replace nutrients from food. Therefore, it is advisable to continue to eat a nutritionally balanced and varied diet every day.

Natural vitamin C intake can be obtained from fruits and vegetables, such as oranges, strawberries, peppers, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, potatoes and cabbage. Meanwhile, foods and drinks that contain B vitamins include spinach, lettuce, edamame beans, offal, eggs, beef, salmon, shellfish, chicken, milk and yogurt.

Store Enervon C at room temperature in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep Enervon C out of reach of children.

Enervon C Interactions with Other Drugs

Consumption of multivitamins that contain vitamin C and vitamin B complex with certain drugs can cause interactions in the form of:

  • Decreased effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs, such as bortezomib , to treat cancer
  • Decreased effect of antiviral drugs or cholesterol statin drugs
  • Increased aluminum absorption when vitamin C is taken with aluminum-containing medications, eg antacids
  • Increased risk of side effects from the hormone estrogen if vitamin C is taken with birth control pills
  • Decreased effectiveness of blood-thinning medications, such as warfarin

Enervon C Side Effects and Dangers

Multivitamin supplements tend to be safe if consumed according to directions for use or doctor's recommendations. In some people, side effects can occur in the form of constipation, diarrhea , or stomach ulcers at the start of use. However, usually these side effects will disappear within a few days.

If consumed in large quantities or in the long term, the vitamin C content in these supplements can cause several side effects, including:

  • Reddened skin
  • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
  • Stomach cramps or flatulence
  • Hot sensation ( heartburn )
  • Headache
  • Feeling tired or sleepy
  • Kidney stones , which can be characterized by back pain, bloody urine, or pink urine

Stop taking this supplement if you experience the side effects above or if you experience  an allergic reaction .
