Dosage and Rules for Taking Enervon C

The rule for drinking Enervon C Plus for children aged 6-12 years is 10 ml, 2 times a day. While the dose for children 1-6 years is 5 ml, once a day.

How to Consume Enervon C Properly
Before consuming Enervon C, read the usage instructions listed on the product packaging. Enervon C can be consumed while eating or after eating.
Vitamin C cannot cure colds and coughs. However, taking vitamin C regularly is thought to shorten the recovery time for mild colds. Check with your doctor if you experience complaints of fever, cough and heavy tightness.

Enervon C Interactions with Other Drugs
Consumption of multivitamins that contain vitamin C and vitamin B complex with certain drugs can cause interactions in the form of:
- Decreased effectiveness of chemotherapy drugs, such as bortezomib , to treat cancer
- Decreased effect of antiviral drugs or cholesterol statin drugs
- Increased aluminum absorption when vitamin C is taken with aluminum-containing medications, eg antacids
- Increased risk of side effects from the hormone estrogen if vitamin C is taken with birth control pills
- Decreased effectiveness of blood-thinning medications, such as warfarin
Enervon C Side Effects and Dangers
Multivitamin supplements tend to be safe if consumed according to directions for use or doctor's recommendations. In some people, side effects can occur in the form of constipation, diarrhea , or stomach ulcers at the start of use. However, usually these side effects will disappear within a few days.
If consumed in large quantities or in the long term, the vitamin C content in these supplements can cause several side effects, including:
