Dosage and Rules for Use Perampanel
The following is the perampanel dosage for treating seizures and epilepsy in adults and children over 4 years of age:
- Initial dose: 2–4 mg once daily, at bedtime. The dose may be increased by 2 mg daily every 1 or 2 weeks, depending on the patient's condition and response to treatment.
- Maintenance dose: 4–8 mg per day.
- Maximum dose: 12 mg per day.
