Description
Dermovate is a topical drug preparation (for external use) that contains Clobetasol propionate. Dermovate is used to treat skin inflammations, such as psoriasis (a red, dry, thick, scaly, flaky skin rash), stubborn eczema, lichen planus (inflammation of the skin and mucous membranes), discoid lupus erythematosus (a chronic autoimmune disease that causes inflammation of the skin).

General Indication
Short-term treatment of more resistant dermatoses, such as psoriasis, eczema, lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus

Clobetasol propionate 0.05%

Dose
Used 1-2 times a day

How to use
Apply a thin layer on the desired skin

Contra Indication
Untreated skin infections, rosacea (skin redness and spots that resemble pimples), acne, itching of the skin without inflammation, itching of the genitals and anal canal, inflammation of the skin in the mouth area.

Attention
Use with caution in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to corticosteroids. Long-term use in children can cause atrophic changes in the face. Avoid direct contact with eyes

Side effects
Local changes of skin atrophy such as striae, thinning of the skin, dilatation of superficial blood vessels, hypercorticism, hypersensitivity, and changes in skin pigment
