Ultraproct-N contains a combination of the active substances Fluocortolone pivalate and Lidocaine with the following mechanism of action:

Fluocortolone is a glucocorticoid type steroid drug that is used as an antiallergic, anti-inflammatory, and immunosuppressant agent, its job is to suppress neutrophil migration, reduce prostaglandin production, and cause capillary dilation. So that the inflammatory conditions in the body begin to decrease.

Lidocaine is an anesthetic drug commonly used in the treatment of pruritus in a topical form.
