Terms and conditions :

1. General Terms

1.1. By purchasing manufacturing overseas, the customer recognizes that the manufacturing may not be at its best

when it arrives due to the long transportation process and the condition of the plants (with or without roots). It will take time

several times to recover.

1.2.It is best assumed that the customer has the knowledge and experience to keep

plant.

1.3.The customer is responsible for understanding whether the plant is prohibited or not in it

countries and understand the import requirements in their country.

1.4.Customer must enter phone number and email address for DHL/EMS info. Lots of failures

delivery caused by Customer Uncontactable. DHL Express requires a signature of acceptance

delivery.

1.5. We do not accept order cancellations after 2 days of receipt of the order.

1.6.We accept returns for dead plants, but not for dead leaves.



2. Export Process

2.1. Customers must confirm the delivery address a maximum of 2 days after ordering the plants. This address

will be a reference for all Export Documents.

2.2. We do not accept any delivery requests stating Non Plant or other illegal acts.

2.3. Please note that some countries require an Import Permit or other documents. It's a customer

the obligation to provide the required Import Permit. As an example :

a. Customers from Canada are required to provide an Import Permit.

b. UK customers are required to provide PEACH (Procedure for Electronic

Certificate Application) from the Government Horticultural Marketing Inspectorate

Great Britain.

c. Customers from the United States must provide an import permit for purchases of more than 12 plants.

2.4. We must process an application for an Export permit from the Government of Indonesia prior to shipment. He

usually takes 10-14 working days.



3. Custom & Shipping Process

3.1. Plants are carefully sanitized then covered with plastic with moistened sterilized moss. Rolled plants

on paper to provide protection for the leaves. We use styrofoam or cardboard boxes as

secondary packaging.

3.2. We will provide a DHL Express tracking number.

3.3. Customers must understand, delivery duration depends on your Custom Clearance process. In the

delay period, the Customer should contact the local DHL/EMS/call center contact center.

3.4. We ship plants with a Phytosanitary Certificate in every shipment, which shows that the plant is in existence

pass the quarantine inspection and meet the requirements of the customer's country.

3.7. When the normal customary process has passed (maximum 3 days) and the plant dies due to

bad preparation by Our Team, customer can propose plant replacement. In order to qualify for the plant

replacement, pictures or videos of plant conditions must be sent as evidence,

within 24 hours after the plants arrived.
