Item will be well packaged. if you have not received your package after estimated number of days please inform us and we will immediately act on it.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the item you purchase (damage) please contact us so we can talk about the option simply return your order to us and we will either send a replacement or refund your money (exclude shipping rate).
All items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in the exact condition as sent and shipping fee is buyer's responsibility and is non-refundable.
